One of a kind all-year-round-mountain-resort is raising in Kolasin, a small mountain city in the North of Montenegro. After the highway Kolasin – Podgorica opened, its popularity rocked sky high and attracted many big and small investors to this charming city. 
This pearl among the ski resorts in South-East Europe, as called by its investors, is the Kolasin Valleys.
Located in two different settlement zones called Nest, on 1450 m altitude and K16 resort, on 1600 m altitude. They both will have high class hotels and apartments and a zone of private exclusive chalets in between. All the units within the hotel settlement will be serviced by the hotels, offering a wide spectrum of amenities and year-round activities.
The entire K16 Resort will have 10 buildings and 28 chalets, which will be constructed in four phases and will have the capacity to accommodate almost 1000 guests.
One of its first faces of this stunning project is slowly getting its final look, the premium 4-star Swissotel. Located in the K16 resort of Kolasin, on the slopes of Bjelasica mountain at 1600m of altitude, Swissôtel will offer guests 116 modern and comfortable rooms providing a true astonishing experience.
