Kamil grew up in Germany where he achieved his diploma from the Faculty of Architecture at University Bayreuth. He began working in 1991 as a Retail Shop Sales Representative and in the following years he obtained extensive work experience in Retail, Hospitality and Sales. In 1994 he opened his first Benetton shop in Marmaris, followed by a second one.

He has an extensive international business experience in a variety of industries. From 2008 to 2014 he has been working as a Store Manager in several countries and cities such as Brighton, Edinburgh, Antalya, Marmaris and Istanbul. Kamil has worked as the Sales Manager of an amusement park in Istanbul, Turkey as well as Isfahan, Iran. In 2015, he moved to Istanbul and worked as Sales Director of an international money transfer company, GonderAl Payment Services.

Since 2018, he has ben living and working in Montenegro. He is one of the founding partners of VitaNova Group as well as WorkHub doo. He is the Managing Director of WorkHub doo.

Kamil is native in Turkish and German, and speaks English and Dutch.
